Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before your visit. Can't find your answer? Just give us a call.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Both work. Booking ahead means we reserve time for you and reduce waiting, but walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours and we'll help you as soon as we can.
How long does a tyre change take?
A standard set of four tyres, including fitting and balancing, usually takes around 45 to 60 minutes. Single tyres and repairs are often quicker.
How much do new tyres cost?
Prices depend on your tyre size, brand and model. We carry options for every budget starting from around RM 170 per tyre. Contact us with your vehicle details for an exact quote.
How do I know if I need a wheel alignment?
Common signs include the car pulling to one side, a crooked steering wheel when driving straight, uneven tyre wear, or vibration. If you notice any of these, we recommend a check.
Can you repair a punctured tyre or do I need a new one?
Many punctures in the tread area can be safely repaired. Damage to the sidewall or very worn tyres usually require replacement for your safety. We'll always advise honestly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and common e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Let us know if you have a preference and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How often should I rotate my tyres?
As a general guide, every 10,000 km or so helps even out tread wear and extend tyre life. We can do it as part of your regular service.
Do you dispose of my old tyres?
Yes. Responsible disposal of your old tyres is included with every fitting at no extra charge.
